A total of 2.5 tonnes of technical equipment were needed for a sports event in Yerevan. The load-in as well as the load-out were personally supervised by our project managers on site.

The Staatskapelle Weimar went on tour through the USA. HEED! coordinated the transport of nearly 5 tons of instruments and equipment through a total of 18 US cities.

The Prima Ballerina of the English National Ballet presented her own programme in London. HEED! was responsible for the production management. This included the compilation of a project budget as well as contract negotiations with dancers, musicians, choreographers and technical staff, the conclusion of necessary insurances and the obtaining of all necessary rights. On site, HEED! managed the arrival and accommodation of artists and crew and coordinated the daily schedule, rehearsals and performances.

Peter Pabst is known as the inventor of the stage designs fof Pina Bausch and worked for the Tanztheater Wuppertal for almost 30 years. HEED! was responsible for the transport of his large-scale works to an exhibition in Seoul.
